I love their flowers they are really fresh and have a great variety of flowers. Their customer service is awesome, I went to buy a bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday and the guy there wrapped them up for me and he fixed my balloon so that it went perfect with the flowers. They also have really cute cards to go with the flowers and little gifts around the store that you can buy to go with your flowers. Prices are great I always go to them.

This is really a good place, basically more amazing than other. They deliver and they make sure that they deliver on time. They are reasonably priced and they have so many good things to say.

The flowers I ordered by phone never arrived. They charged my debit card and then they denied ever having the order. I will never never never order from 1800flowers again.
I ordered flowers today and they were not only exquisite but delivered in 90 minutes all the way from 16th st and Camelback to Surprise! Amazing. These guys rock
My flowers were beautiful! The flowers were shaped into a puppy and everytime I looked at it I couldn't help but smile :-) They lasted forever too! I was very impressed with the quality and service!
