I would not give one star, but it is required. This is my second review. Unfortunately, I have to retract the first excellent review as I had not yet discovered the improper installation of my new flooring. I gave a review after just a couple weeks. Problems began 3-4 weeks after installation. I have spent the last 10 months trying to get my brand new laminate flooring repaired by Arizona Flooring Direct.
