I love my Doctor Leslie Willingham. She anticipates and thoroughly prepares for my appointments with her and always seems to have already handled a lot of the things that I would’ve needed to know. I’ve been going to El Dorado internal medicine for many years,and now that they’ve moved to the new offices up at 5555 E. 5th St., the practice is so much nicer. APC Dropped my my insurance carrier with no explanation, gave me run around and lies. These people are totally inept---they are so bad BBB lists them as non -accredited.
Staff is rude, uncaring, and does not have patient's well being as a concern. I have been a patient in this office for 22 years, and I will never go back.
Worst customer service! Management staff is unprofessional and rude!!!!
