Horrible group from the doctors and nurse practitioner’s and the girls in the billing office are so rude never have I seen a medical group charge interest on medical bills , money hungry greedy bunch of doctors doctors do not respond to your questions horrible horrible
Habitually short staffed, insane repeated office errors and medical assistants who don't know what a "dead virus flu shot" is. AZCP - you need to DO better! I love my doctor, but the office is run by horrible managers! Raise the pay and benefits so you can attract better staff! You are letting your patients down and soon someone is going to get hurt or die from this insanity.
Office staff that don't keep your Medicare Card. A billing office that knows how to process claims without screw ups. Eliminate a two hour wait for 90 seconds of blood draw. The list goes on and on.
Very pleased with my experience with Dr. Downing of the ACP office next to NW Hospital.
ACP-Orange Grv Fam Prac Dr. Joanna Evans was wonderful. Very patient and understanding, definitely listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable. Thanks. Office and support staff great and very friendly and helpful.
