Not worth it, hopefully there is something better. They control what happens to a patient and not the patient. The doctors rarely listen or stay up on modern medicine. Don't ask any questions about anything post-COVID, because they will be stuck in the old days while other doctors catch up. The staff is stuffed with pretentious, overbearing, self-absorbed soulless shells that maybe...maybe...were once people.

0 STARS! ACP requires you to sign a waiver for preventative tests that are supposed to be covered by your insurance. In my case, a mammogram. They sneak tests in that are not covered and will try charging for the unnecessary tests! In my case a 3D mammogram. Insurance has denied the claim for both mammograms for 6 months! I have appealed 2 times and the claim is still denied. Now, even though insurance tells me that the mammogram is covered, but has been denied for billing reasons, ACP says because I signed a waiver, I owe t... read more

Been going here for 15 years and won't go anywhere else. They respect me by listening to my concerns and issues.

If I could give this group less than a zero, I would. Complete lack of responsibility, total incompetence. Faxes take weeks if they even go through then. Phone call after phone call, message after message, then being lied to by staff members that faxes were sent, when they were not. Told 3 days ago faxes were sent. Told today, they were sent yesterday. The PCP's are worthless unless a patient just has a minor flu or cold. If anything more than that, please seek a PCP from a different medical group. Lack of communication, lac... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. ACP is a corporation that is buying up good and reputable doctors offices and destroying them. They bought my longtime doctors office a few years before he retired. Slowly but surely they changed the way it was run. Their billing was frequently messed up, the frontdesk personnel and manager were dismissive and rude. They eventually nade a policy if you were 5 min late your appt was canceled and you still had to pay, even though you would sometimes wait to see the doctor for 45+ minutes. They ... read more
