Ask around ask realtors ask other properties do not use Ed from Arizona Coast properties. I am on the board in Lake Havasu city and has been our property manager since effectively August 2021. Ed does not hold regular meetings. Ed does not communicate with the community. Ed does not send out the financials to either the board members or the owners. Ed spends money on things in a brand new community that should be covered under warranty including a $700 expense to fix a broken spa heater without board approval and should have... read more
