Been there at least 4 times now and it is a great resort with character and history. Disagree that the spa is not up to Par. They've improved over the years and the staff is very accommodating. Same thing throughout the hotel. Also prefer this over the Phoenician.
I am shocked by your Spa facility and not in a good way. I feel compelled to warn others from spending their hard earned money at your "spa". The facility and amenities at my gym are glamorous in comparison. First, I was floored to learn that there was no outside area for spa goers to use. Are we in Arizona? I have never been to a resort spa in the valley that does not offer an outdoor area for relaxing and pool services!!!!! Then it got worse. What a wonderful amd relaxing escape for the day to day. It takes you back to the life of leisure of the 30's.
