Nice new facility. all the employees really seem to care about the amimals. i dont worry that when our dogs are treated here that they will ever be mistreated in any way. Great Drive thru pharmacy too!
The staff is amazing and not only do they do an amazing job at caring for my fur babies but they connect with them and that makes me feel better as well as my doggos! 🐶
There are not enough good things I can say about this place. Our dog suffered a back injury and we were tossed from one vet to another, spinal specialists and back again. Each vet told us our dog would never walk again and to put him down. We were finally referred here by friends and let me tell you that they are life changing. Heat therapy, acupuncture, herbs and medicine combined and our sweet boy is back walking and running!!! The holistic approach that you get here is truly unlike anything else. Everyone there was great. You know you have found a good Vet and Technician when they get on the floor with your fur baby!!! Shoutout to Dr. Pamela Ford and Katie, Windsor loved you too and you spoiled him!!
UPDATE as of JUNE 8th. We just sent the surgeon a video on how peanut is walking. Unfortunately he will need another surgery. We will make sure that Dr. Fords office pays 100% of the cost. All of this pain and suffering is caused from malpractice that was committed at her facility. Dr Ford has still not contacted us to apologize for what happened, asked how peanut is doing and so on.
