What a sh!t show. No one at Arive is professional, they take your money then disappear, not listening to your concerns, not communicating. I would have been better off having my toddler build my house.

This is only one of the many problems we have had building with Arive. We had concrete replaced on our driveway, now for the second time. It took them forever to get it scheduled and the work performed even though our driveway concrete replacement was agreed upon by Arive within 60 days, so that they could get the money from closing on our house on February 28, 2022. I am not happy with the quality of the work in general, but in addition, the company who came and did the work, caused more damage to the concrete which was ... read more

This company is a scam. They will not honor their contract and their word. Their upgraded are 60-70% market up and when they mess up they will not take accountability but rather charge you a ridiculous change order fee and then do constant price increases in hopes the buyer backs out so they can turn around and sell the house for more. Please look at other builders. Honestly these guys are not good. https://www.bbb.org/us/ut/spanish-fork/profile/home-builders/arive-homes-1166-90012697 https://www.fox13now.com/news/fox-13... read more

Stay clear of these scammers. They will promise you the world and then rob you blind and then look at you and say if you don't like it here is your money and then put your build on the market to line their pockets even more. They do not stand by their word. https://www.bbb.org/us/ut/spanish-fork/profile/home-builders/arive-homes-1166-90012697 https://www.fox13now.com/news/fox-13-investigates/fox-13-investigates-newly-constructed-home-buyers-find-utah-gives-them-few-options-to-fix-defects https://www.pacermonitor.com/pu... read more

We started the process of building our home with Arive in early 2020, before everything shut down due to the pandemic. First off, the best part of our experience was working with Janese. She is one of the designers, and she is amazing. She worked really well with us on everything, answered all of our questions honestly, and helped us design a beautiful home. She was up front about the pricing of everything we wanted, and I am glad that Arive locks the price in before building even begins. Fast forward to our final walkthro... read more

Arive does not own up to their mistakes and won't honor their warranty on the home. In my home, they messed up on a few things ranging from the HVAC not working properly to them forgetting to vent out my kitchen microwave. I contacted their warranty department and that's where things went south. The warranty department will drag your issues out for months. They take weeks or sometimes not respond at all. They will also say your issue is not even an issue. They will then drag out the issue till your warranty runs out a... read more

Nice homes - the whole experience was great till you have an issue with your home. The homes are built by contractors they hire and they are not always the best. You better hope they build your home perfectly. There will be issues they mess up on where you will have to contact their warranty department. The warranty department will drag your issues out for months and they will also claim it's not an issue. They will take weeks if not months to reply. They will drag out the issue till your warranty runs out an... read more

Lots of quality issues. Poor customer service. Lack of moral character. They may build to code, but they dom't build to quality. We have crooked walls, lumpy carpet, crackling paint, and basement headers with gaps you can see daylight through.

We decided to build an Arive home. We paid $500 to reserve the lot and they asked to pay another $3,500 at our first design center meeting. We were told that the deposits are non refundable. We were never provided a pricing list before we made these deposits or even knew what was standard. The standards that come with the house are BEYOND cheap looking. If you want decent quality you need to pay for the upgrades and they ARE NOT CHEAP! They do everything they can to take advantage of the customer and nickel and dime them.... read more
