We just finished design process and it’s been amazing. Stephanie is so knowledgeable there wasn’t anything we threw at her that she didn’t have answers to or wasn’t able to find out. Great suggestions for design puzzles and they were able to accommodate our many custom requests. The process was very professional and organized.
Working with the AriveHomes team had been wonderful!! They’ve been super attentive to details, given us so many options and we’re super excited to finish our build with them!
We are building our new home with Arive. We looked at so many different builders and designs before settling on Arive. What really made the decision for us was that they are so open to making our home exactly what we want. Anything you can imagine and more they are willing to build into your home. The whole process of picking a floor plan, choosing our upgrades, and designing our home has been so fun, and everyone at Arive has been so open and helpful.

We started the process with Arive a little over a month ago and so far its been a great experience! We worked with Stephanie at the design center and I have no idea how she's been able to follow everything, but it's been very impressive. The options available for selection were a lot more robust than I expected, I haven't had any issues finding something I didn't like. I will say that some of the upgrades did seem a bit excessive, but others seemed really reasonable. Excited to see how the build process goes!
