I had a root canal done by Dr. Kim, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Kim was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I had multiple appointments with Dr Kim in regards to nerve / root issues . She is professional , friendly and skilled . Love the staff as well … good follow-up , scheduling, and informative . I definitely would recommend them .
This is an incredible dental office. I’ve been here several times, and every experience has been great. Dr. Kim is amazing. She walked me through everything she was doing during the procedure, which was really calming and reassuring. Due to bad experiences with dental treatment in the past I was scared when I learned I had to have 2 root canals. Dr. Kim eased my anxiety with her warm and friendly demeanor. She listened and answered all my questions. I feel she genuinely care for her patients. Throughout the procedures she would constantly check if I was doing okay and that I was comfortable at all times.
