I live out-of-state and need temporary assistance with my home-bound 97-year old father for about 2-1/2 weeks until I arrived and we were going to make the assisted-living decision. I have been very pleased with Arista’s support for my mother. Both the care provider and the administrative team have been beyond helpful.
This is the WORST health care company I have ever experienced!!! There was neglect with my mother's care. The owner is extremely unprofessional. Extremely poor organization and communication. THEN there were theft issues.
