I’ve been coming here since 2019 and I highly recommend- great atmosphere!
After aging out of dance, I was worried how I could continue to stay active. I had been doing some workouts at home for a while but wanted a group setting to workout in. I had never done anything structured or gyms before so I was a little nervous about trying group classes. The first night we went to arise G was so welcoming and I immediately felt like family. I’ve been going over a year now and still feel challenged and fulfilled every time I go.
