After aging out of dance, I was worried how I could continue to stay active. I had been doing some workouts at home for a while but wanted a group setting to workout in. I had never done anything structured or gyms before so I was a little nervous about trying group classes. The first night we went to arise G was so welcoming and I immediately felt like family. I’ve been going over a year now and still feel challenged and fulfilled every time I go. I started attending classes at Arise with Giannina a few months ago and try to go at least once or twice a week in combination with my other weight training and cardio. I recently moved to the Knightdale area and was looking for group fitness classes to hold myself more accountable / push myself harder in my workouts. I found Arise online and started dropping in to try out some of the different classes.
