joshua is very nice, he answered any questions that we had.
Leasing experience was very smooth so far. Joshua did an exceptional job during the tour and was very responsive over emails/phone. Will update the review once we move in but so far so good.
We moved in recently from other city. Booked this place online though, so didn’t get to tour the property in person. After we moved in, we requested multiple times for showing us around, but the staff kept on ignoring our request.
No Hot water or heat for almost 2 months and zero accountability from neither arioso management nor FPI management
