They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always call to let me know when my prescription is ready. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have never given me the incorrect amount of medication. I always know I'll receive the correct amount.
