Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely Did the pharmacist provide a thorough explanation of your prescription? I received a very thorough explaination. I knew exactly what to expect from my prescription How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Wonderful Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does the pharmacist ever act suspicious or judgmental at your request for a refill? Not at all! They are always thorough, but respectful and professional!

Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

I was sent to this pharmacy a few weeks ago by my son's pediatrician for a prescription that only they could fill. I didn't have any real problem my first time there, though I hardly felt welcomed by anyone. Last Friday I called for a refill of his medicine and was quite disappointed in the customer service I received. The pharmacist went on about how he wasn't going to be able to fill the prescription that day because it was so late (it was 2:30pm) and all of his help was leaving. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for 3 or 4 years and have found that the staff really takes pride in their work. They are all friendly and generally greet me by name. As the name states, they specialize in compounds and I wouldn't trust anyone else to get the mixtures right.
