I have never in my life dealt with a worse medical institution. Please avoid this place at all costs.
I paid my 50-dollar Co-Pay for my appointment and then 7 months later they called me saying that I needed to make a payment plan for services rendered. I couldn't afford the cross-linking surgery they recommended as I am a single parent and canceled that about a month in advance when I was told the estimate. Really not feeling this place I think I will look for somewhere better once I save up the money for the surgery.
The staff is always very welcoming! I get checked in and have never had to wait longer than maybe 10-15 minutes to be seen. I am usually in and out in under an hour, and that includes any consultations I may need with the Premier Optical team next door. I have been a patient here for 10 years now! Would never go anywhere else.
Worst Experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment in January for Today May 1st 1:15pm .My Appointment was confirmed over the phone earlier today and i get to the office filled all paperwork and waited 15 minutes. One of the Registration nurses comes out telling me that the doctor can not see me today because the referral was closed. Nonsense.
