Dr Dalvi is willing to listen to all concerns ; he is very kind
Pleasant and thorough. Made to feel at ease. The Dr took his time and was not in a hurry. Very pleasant experience. Staff friendly and efficient.
I am a caretaker for a lived one with Parkinson’s which impairs her speech, walking, memory, and makes her a fall risk. I was told I could not walk Into the office with her due to covid, although I am her caretaker. While I understand limiting exposure, there are exceptions which should be made to ensure the safety of the patient. I called in from outside the office. The nurse was curt and business like. The doctor was polite but brushed off questions and prescribed a drug with a 90 day prescription without describing any of the side effects, which were considerable. I felt he was giving greater consideration to the time spent, rather than the patient and their issues.
Dr Mueller-Kronast is amazing. The time he takes with each patient is over the top. It is as you are his only patient for the day. He never rushes through an appointment and makes sure you understand everything. He is very kind and considerate. If only there were more doctors like him.

Dr. Dalvi is excellent, & I have already recommended him to my family & friends. He was my first choice on a list of movement disorder specialists, & was worth waiting for. He is professional, yet warm & easy to talk to. He & his NP, Shelley Timmons, explain everything carefully & answer my questions fully. Dr. Dalvi is a true expert in his field, & I highly recommend him.
Before I went to visit the doctor I spoke to Jennifer on the phone. She was extremely helpful and comforting. I got my appointment and it just passed this past December 11, 2020 I met with the Dr. Mullur, he took his time explain everything in detail showed me the MRI, the dr really comforted me and explain everything with nothing left to question. So if you ask me should I see Dr. Mueller most definitely.
