All personnel are amicable, all personnel which interacted with me were very professional, knowledgeable, showed empathy and treated me like a member of the group.

03/23/2021 Dr. Dalvi is so assuring and genuine. His first rate knowledge of my Movement Disorder is fantastic. I started seeing him merely because he was in my insurance network. Now that I see him, I thank goodness for it. His whole staff is the best! Dr Dalvi is willing to listen to all concerns ; he is very kind
I am a caretaker for a lived one with Parkinson’s which impairs her speech, walking, memory, and makes her a fall risk. I was told I could not walk Into the office with her due to covid, although I am her caretaker. While I understand limiting exposure, there are exceptions which should be made to ensure the safety of the patient. I called in from outside the office. Dalvi was suggesting dramatic changes to her perscription regime, which the patient is sensitive to, and large changes always backfire. I explained that I feel ... read more
The nurse was curt and business like. The doctor was polite but brushed off questions and prescribed a drug with a 90 day prescription without describing any of the side effects, which were considerable. I felt he was giving greater consideration to the time spent, rather than the patient and their issues.
