I am always reminded how fortunate I am to be in the care of Dr. Dalvi and his team. He is a caring and very knowledgeable clinician.
It was very thorough. However the bottom line was disappointing. I know it’s nobody’s fault Maybe the new med will help
Dr Dalvi and his assistant were very professional and detailed. We would recommend them highly. I do have a complaint about the directions given to me by Jennifer. She never told us the office was in a shopping center and we were surprised that the street address was a defunct bank. Luckily a delivery guy showed us where to go.
Dr. Arif Dalvi and his staff are wonderful. They take time to listen to your concerns and questions. The doctor really seems to care about how you are doing. He explains your medication options and how to take them so you feel your best.

Waited just a few minutes. When Dr Dalvi came in he was attentive, did what he needed to do and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. Very friendly.

Dr Dalvi and his medical team are so kind, compassionate, and understanding of the challenges one faces with the Dx. of Parkinson’s Syndrome. The process of your first visit is quite amazing. Sandy the MA collects date & vital signs, Shelly NP completes a thorough assessment including diagnostic testing she has the client perform all before Dr Dalvi completes his final assessment including a plan of care to enhance the patient’s quality of life.
