I bought a chain and a bracelet. A day later the bracelet link was already loose. I went back to fix it. Still loose. So I exchanged for another bracelet. Now my chain lock is loose as well. Doesn’t spring closed. This place either knowingly sells / works on terrible designed jewelry or is not the best at purchasing good jewelry. I urge everybody to try to shop somewhere else for their jewelry. Si no entiendes aprende el idioma.

Please listen to me don't buy they are crooks. We bought a bracelet with the authentic certificate from them at 14K. Had appraised only to find out that it wasn't 14K. This just occurred and I have receipts. Taking this to a lawyer this is robbery. Ariel's on 82 ave and 8st.
