Words cannot express how happy I have been with Dr. Palanca and her staff. I had foot surgery and I’ve been very apprehensive, but everyone at the surgery center was absolutely fantastic. From Theresa in scheduling to especially Dr. Palanca to Audry, the nurse and Julia, the surgical nurse - Everyone was amazing, kind, and caring. Thank you 🙏
I saw Dr Palanca in March. Went well. Couldn’t get ahold of her surgery scheduler Teresa for over a month, nor could my enhanced care plan manager. Finally, she returned the phone call, set the appointment, and claimed she’d be emailing me with the info. A month later I followed up. Got no response and spoke to her supervisor who claims Theresa has called me multiple times. I asked why I have no missed calls or voice messages and why they never contacted my ECPM. Dr Palanca is very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my the X-ray results and surgery. She’s kind and remained professional and patient.
Could not have asked for a better ortho MD ! I hobbled into Dr. Palanca’s office with excruciating ankle pain that my general practitioner couldn’t diagnose . Dr Palanca listened , took her time , ordered additional xray views and quickly diagnosed a fracture . She was patient and decided that we should wait and see how I healed in a boot , over time . I appreciated her conservative approach not rushing into surgery- I healed beautifully . I highly recommend her and her entire staff .
