I am a big fan of these condos. My family and I have stayed here many times. I prefer the Ariel Dunes 2 building, higher floors. This time, we stayed with family in #801, which is a corner unit managed by RealJoy properties, and it is very nice. Although appliances and mattresses are quite old and it could use more blankets and silverware. We have also stayed in 10 or so other condos in the same building. We stayed in Aerial Dunes 1 803 and it was perfect! Great location with everything you need including Beachfront golf cart rental right in front of the fabulous Cabana Grill. View is gorgeous. Danielle went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. I suggested in the first few days that they get some real floor mats for the bathrooms because the marble floor is slippery and that night they delivered plushy bath mats! We highly recommend and will definitely be return customers.

The apartment was good. It had a nice view of the beach and the ocean. Didn't enjoy the fan that connected to the light in the rooms. You can't turn the fan off with turning off the lights as well.

We stayed at ariel Dunes 2 1601 in the seascape resort. This place was run down and not kept up at all!! I'm very disappointed with that. Couldn't swim in the pool because it was filled with bugs. My husband said it smelled like sweaty armpits! Yuck!! The place we stayed in was beautiful, but that wasn't even kept up. Dishwasher was disgusting. Was never cleaned and backed up with food.
