This place is horrible, heartless, and completely not worth the added stress and inconvenience that they will put you through. They don't give the legally mandated notice of entry for repairs, they do not consistently tell tenants when there will be construction on the premises, and they ignore noise complaints that are after quiet hours. I have had three to four leaks in my apartment so far and I've only lived here just over 6 months.
