I have been a patient of Dr. Frazier for several years and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, compassionate and a skilled surgeon. As a skin cancer patient, I have received excellent care from her. As a woman, I appreciate all the comforts she provides in her office. In lieu of paper, she provides cloth gowns. Rather than a stark sterile looking environment, her decor is soft and tasteful and her staff is friendly and professional.
From the time I walked in was treated extremely rude by the receptionist who was bothered when I asked a few questions and acted very unprofessional; too buys on her Facebook account rather than taking care of incoming patients. Dr Frazier completely rushed through the process and couldn't wait to go onto the next patient as we were boring her with our questions and concerns regarding upcoming procedures. I will never return to this facility and fair warning now office staff extremely rude.
Dr. Frazier was great. She listened to my questions and concerns and truly cared. She was very thorough and took her time. Never felt like she was trying to rush off to another patient. The rest of the staff was very friendly. If you need a dermatologist, go see Dr. Frazier.
Dr Frazier is an excellent surgeon. I visited her new office on opening day, and found it to be beautifully clean and sophisticated. I have total confidence in her ability to find and treat any of my issues with careful consideration. She's the best!
We've been waiting for Dr Frazier to open her new clinic. She has been our go-to dermatologist for years. We have already been seen by Dr Frazier and her staff at her new office and couldn't be more pleased that we are back in her care.
Dr. Frazier removed some cancer from my face and it came out great. She has great doctor patient communications. Talks to you not at you and you can understand what the situation is and how she is going to correct it.
Very Knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different types of treatment options. The surgery went well and my scar is almost invisible now. I have had the best experience with her and have recommended her to everyone I know. Thank You Dr. Frazier!
