This office is such a joke! Its a shame to have a great doctor but office staff that are incomeptent. Doesn't seem there is much communication between everyone. Whoever answers the phone is uneducated and rude. One office staff was sleeping at her desk. The wait time is atrocious. Seems is more important to see as many patients as possible in one day versus being considerate of their time too. Dr Frazier really is a great doctor but her office is being ran very poorly.

I was sent here for Mohs excision of skin cancer on temple at hair line. Needing to fill out extra forms upset me and dr told me I disrespected her staff. She said this three times without regard that disrespect was being incorrectly used as a verb when it is only correctly used as a noun. She made me say I understood that she did not want her staff disrespected (sic) before she would treat me. OK, I am a man, I go for a scan every year. Dr Frazier found a very small spot on the fold of my nostril. The biopsy came back positive for Basal Cell carcinoma! Oh, no, on my nose! I am rather vain to say the least and was very uptight about surgery. Went in and had the Mohs surgery, the is when she done an incision little by little checking it under a microscope to make sure they get it all. I had two incisions. On 6-25-2019 I take 1.5 hours off work, for a scheduled appointment at 3:40. I arrive at 3:25 with paperwork completed. Called back to room approximately 3:45. At 4:25, I still had not been seen, so I asked for my co-insurance refunded. Front desk, with I dont care if you come here attitude, had to call main office in Tallahssee for my $25 refund. I asked how much longer if I stayed, and no real answer, other than I am told she is the only doctor in office, and we tell people it may be a long wait. I was never told this by a... read more

Caring, friendly, genuine... just great people! Their office is neat, clean and well kept. The people who great you when you walk in are friendly and helpful. I have never had a long wait time or a delay. Their records are all modernized, computerized and kept up to date... just an overall terrific practice. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Frazier and her team. With many choices out there and some closer to home there is no better choice for me than this great Team of people!

Excellent Doc and PA. Key seems to be to have the right insurance and not require a referral. Be aware that the business office seems to be in disarray. Three referrals, three cancellations in 8 months claiming there are issues with the referral on day of appointment - when they called me and scheduled the appointments! Dr.Chavez-Frazier is very in demand; be prepared to wait months for an appointment.
