Was given inaccurate dates for my ring to be ready. I called and no one had an idea of where my ring was in the process of being repaired. I spoke to 3 different people who all gave a different story/explanation. Then the owner got on the phone, yelled over me and hung up the phone. I was never rude other than I just wanted to know where my ring was and when it would be ready. Almost a week after the original date I was told.

When I tell you this company is amazing , that is an understatement. I just got my ring paid off , which is absolutely gorgeous , but they have been so professional,sweet,understanding etc. more businesses in general should be like this and I would be coming back without question . Wonderful family and wonderful company
