I’ve lived at this place for almost a decade and in that time there has never been good management. 5 different people in management throughout the years. All but 1 of them (to my knowledge) have been fired for incompetence. You’d think I should have left, but circumstances have prevented me from doing so. Unfortunately. Mimi and Jordan are so sweet and welcoming! I feel comfortable knowing that they are helping us and are here for us in our journey with our new home, I am so glad we came to the preserve!!! Our apartment was in beautiful condition and looks well taken care of!
I’ve been visiting friends who live here, and i absolutely loved it. Loved it so much that I’ll be moving in myself! The area is such a good spot, but the community and people here are just as amazing! They will work with you and be incredibly fair, and most of all, take care of you! So excited to live here and start my next chapter with them!!
