If I could give zero stars I would because the process has been absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I applied for this apartment and it took them 4 days to work on my application after calling 5+ times and being met with the voicemail each time. Once I finally got someone on the phone they told me I got denied the apartment but I make 4.5 times the rent, 770+ credit score and NO BAD rental history. 20 minutes after the phone call I received an approval letter but I have my real estate license and I know the process of getting approvals ... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! They gave us a unit in building 4 with BLACK MOLD in it! They were just going to treat it and say it was safe to stay in it. We paid a mold expert to come and the results showed it was a hazardous living environment. We asked them to release us from our lease. Not only are we stuck with paying rent but the water bill is $500 bc there was a leak! Angela the manager is not friendly, she hung up on me when discussing why she was charging us a $2,000 early release.... read more
Love it here
Samantha and Brenda are absolutely amazing property managers and really went above and beyond to make my Son and I feel welcome and at home. The 2 bedrooms are in great shape, and the complex is friendly and quiet. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone hesitant about the apartment life.
Never had any issues, staff is personable and attentive!
