It is 12:43 PM on 1/5/26 and my husband & I have been sitting in the waiting room since 10:30 PM on 1/4/26! The first blood test was not taken properly and had to be re-done. It took 3 times for them to be able to take the 2nd blood test! We had to wait over 6 hours for the 2nd blood test to be taken because they were not staffed properly. The saga continues! I hope someone from Jefferson's administration reads these reviews and makes the necessary improvements!
This hospital is a joke , we waited more than 10 hours to be able to receive a response for our problem .From 9”45 in the morning and now it’s 8 in the evening and no response to my wife blood 🩸 test or electrocardiography!!!!!
