Very rude on the phone. Told me they are not the same as urgent care and what my problem was. Not at all compassionate.

I have been here multiple times. The staff was very friendly, caring & thorough at each visit.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and unhelpful. I brought my daughter here and did not have her insurance card on me but I had mine (she is under my insurance). My husband also sent me a picture of her insurance card. She said she cannot be seen without the actual card, makes no sense since I had mine and she is listed under me. So I said so you are not going to let her be seen today and she said no she cannot be seen without the actual card with her name. It was 4 :15 pm. They said the Nurse practitioner left already, but on website it says they open until 4:30pm....I only needed them to send the prescription to the pharmacy...
