Taylor Beiriger is a true pro! I am a real estate agent that assisted my client in the purchase of a property here. I am in the process of purchasing a home which I close Friday July 26th. July 17th, I had a third party inspection done. Inspector found a crack in garage floor that starts at the house and expends to the end of driveway. Report was submitted to project manager Joao Spier. Joao Spier said he would have someone look at the crack. July 22th my realtor called sales manager Taylor Beiriger because I have not got an update.
