Great place friendly staff and a great doctor.
So...I like the doctors but their operations and management needs to be addressed. I come here regularly and I always have to wait significant time past my appointment. Frustrating! It's about respecting people's time. They don't. Today I had an appointment at 8am...x-ray technician comes rolling in at 830. I'm sure there are no consequences. Dr's are very good though.
Saw Dr Bartolozzi and he took the time to review my xrays and MRI and recommended conservative treatment instead of rushing to a knee replacement or other surgery for torn meniscus with severe arthritis. Very knowledgable and spent a lot of time with me. Hoping this does the trick. Appreciate the conservative approach first! Was told by other providers that a knee replacement was my only option. The office staff was very helpful and polite. Would recommend this office.
Was supposed to see the dr instead saw a PA how was very rude and blew me off have had an on going problem since knee replacement.Will be looking for a new doctor!!! Been 19 months of agony!!!!
