Poor craftmanship, questionable ethics & lousy customer service – I wish I had heeded the advice of an earlier reviewer and had not taken a family heirloom ring to ARI Diamonds. I hired them to fix a ring setting so the diamonds would not fall out. When I picked the ring up after the repair, one of the stones was missing. Platinum Custom Work – This store does great custom work. I had a Platinum wedding set made and it turned out absolutely fantastic. I researched the price all over town and they beat the price by 40% and did a better job than the piece at Tiffany.

Unbelievable, I have been a customer with Ari diamonds for over 10 years, I will recommend and continue using them. Great service and great people, not to mention the "Unbelievable" jewelry they make

Poor Repairs & Custom Work – I'll keep this brief. A 'three week' turnaround turned out to be 2 1/2 months. The repair work this place did on an antique piece was terrible and the simple task of replating almost ruined the piece. I have spent over $200 to correct these mistakes. In addition, my custom piece was made incorrectly the first time and the second time I still am not happy with it as the two sides of the ring are not symmetrical. Do not use this place.
