My boyfriend has been trying to get through and has been hung up on multiple times. Finally after calling 32 times and an hour later he got through. They are incompetent.
Incompetent receptionists will pick up your phone call just to hang it up without speaking. Dr. Sharma calls his patients on Sunday nights demanding for medical assistance stat. This entire medical centre is a joke and does not provide adequate medical care, I petition they get shut down!
A family member of mine who is a patient of one of the doctors there was having a mental health crisis and because their health card was expired. The doctor would not see them unless they paid 100 bucks!
I’ve been seeing dr Arani for about 20 years now. Amazing, professional, stand up doctor. Listens and has been there when I need him!
