This place has gone DOWNHILL - the reception team is bad, hang up while on hold, don’t call back- sell the practice to someone who cares because clearly whoever owns it now doesn’t because their staff doesn’t

1. Receptionists have quite the attitude, ALL THE TIME! I’m not sure why they always have to have such an attitude. 2. Dr. Sharma is a joke. I was a long-term patient of Dr Stern and he was absolutely amazing..big shoes to fill for sure. Gave Sharma half a dozen chances and decided to request a new doctor. He is totally incompetent, especially in the realm of womens health. He incorrectly handled my prescriptions numerous times, doesn’t listen to you when you speak, and has terrible bedside manners.
