I have been a resident of argosy creatively for 3 years. I started in their 1 bedroom and have recently moved to a 2 bed 1 bath. These folks are great. The office staff is helpful and welcoming ( and very patient with us techno illiterate). I have never had an issue getting ahold of someone when I need them. And the maintenance staff are very prompt. I had a washer go out in my apartment, after I told them, they had it at my apartment and installed in less than 48 hours. Amazing staff, wonderful place to live!
I need to go into more detail on this review, almost a year after posting my rating. So, I lived at Argosy from 2015-mid-2023 before moving to Houston to take care of my father. During that almost eight years, it was the best complex you could ask for. I loved it. It is and will probably remain the only residence I have stayed at for so long. Excellent Staff & Property!!! Highly recommend it. Great location.
They towed my brand new Jeep illegally, killed huge shade trees at pool and poor management/outdated buildings overall.
Loved my time here during my stay! Argosy is a comfortable complex with lots of space and plenty of places to walk to for food or drink! If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, quiet and that can meet all your needs, definitely check them out! Leasing staff is also very friendly!
