Nice place to live. Located right at the CapMetro train station and the largest nexus of buses outside of downtown. Friendly management that never unnecessarily bothers tenants. Super quick and friendly maintenance team. I see some reviews complaining about no gate… one of the biggest reasons I chose this apartment is you and all your guests/deliveries can drive right into the complex, park steps from your door, and walk straight up with a physical key to your door. I’ve lived here for a year now. From the first time I came to see the apartment, I was so happy with the wide green spaces and trees and lovely landscaping, which is really important for my mental peace. The apartment is so affordable and spacious compared to other places in the neighborhood or even downtown Austin. And I love my patio. If I ever need anything fixed the maintenance team comes in very promptly and they are so warm and courteous, I am so grateful and appreciative of them. Alix was so kind and considerate of my situation and allowed me to pay the rent for the next year at my current rate.
