I lived here for many many years and I’m finally leaveing because I’ve had enough they raise the rent constantly, refuse to replace out dated non work appliances, office staff was TERRIBLE especially Shelby Lopez who would constantly be rude and me and when you call her out on it she want to blame it on her being to “stress” out being a single mom. I don’t care about your problems and don’t bring them to work this place needs to do better seriously.
Stayed here for 3 years and the staff where horrible the ladies in the front office all have attitudes when you call them out on their mistakes and regularly lie on move out statements and in person(always double check your move out statement) and I’ll like to point out Shelby Lopez specifically for her extreme unprofessionalism when talking to people she very is emotional and that not professional.
I have been a resident of argosy creatively for 3 years. I started in their 1 bedroom and have recently moved to a 2 bed 1 bath. These folks are great. The office staff is helpful and welcoming ( and very patient with us techno illiterate). I have never had an issue getting ahold of someone when I need them. And the maintenance staff are very prompt. I had a washer go out in my apartment, after I told them, they had it at my apartment and installed in less than 48 hours. Amazing staff, wonderful place to live!
I need to go into more detail on this review, almost a year after posting my rating. So, I lived at Argosy from 2015-mid-2023 before moving to Houston to take care of my father. During that almost eight years, it was the best complex you could ask for. I loved it. It is and will probably remain the only residence I have stayed at for so long.
