Absolutely love this place. Been here for 4 years. Maintenance comes right away when a request is made. Property is well kept and clean. Alix and Shelby are the absolute best . They're always doing something like movies at the pool or grab n go tacos in the front office even pumpkin painting . One year they even left me a little valentines on my door. Nice place to live. Located right at the CapMetro train station and the largest nexus of buses outside of downtown. Friendly management that never unnecessarily bothers tenants. Super quick, friendly, and great maintenance team. I see some reviews complaining about no gate… one of the biggest reasons I chose this apartment is you and all your guests/deliveries can drive right into the complex, park steps from your door, and walk straight up with a physical key to your door.
