Great location, rooms fabulous, staff highly efficient but disappointed in Mermaid Bar (lunch,tea menu poor)! We will be back :)
May be the friendliest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed. The reception remembered our names and went the extra mile to make us happy. Beautiful, clean and well appointed. That plus meet and greet hosted bar every day at 5. Great way to take the day into a lovely evening
