History Established in 2013. In 1999, the property at 556 S Plain Road was revived as the Arethusa Dairy Farm. The Farm is now home to approx. 350 dairy cows, including some Grand Champion Show Cows. This is my favorite restaurant for fine dining! The food and service are impeccable!

Worth the trip from Fairfield county up to Litchfield county. Amazing food. Beautiful presentations. Great atmosphere. Service is usually amazing. (This visit was honestly off their best with slower waits for original drinks � and little table service). But I can say even on an off night the place was a pleasure.
