History Established in 2013. In 1999, the property at 556 S Plain Road was revived as the Arethusa Dairy Farm. The Farm is now home to approx. 350 dairy cows, including some Grand Champion Show Cows. The milk, cream, yogurt, ice cream, butter and cheese from these cows is on showcase at Arethusa al tavolo Restaurant. If there is such a thing as a perfect meal, we just had it. From the amuse bouche, through the extra dessert surprise - the only word is AMAZING. Best dinner ever. Our new favorite restaurant. Staff is impeccably on top of things and the chef is clearly gifted. Bravo.
