They checked my car out and told us it was the tranny. got quoted 3k to fix the transmission, when we told them no, they quoted me 1.5k just for labor. I took it to another shop to get another estimate, well it turns out that it was the differential this whole time. I paid 600 for parts and labor at the other shop. These guys are a rip-off.

Top quality work . Best around .. Talked to Robert very knowable guy. They build all the transmissions for anyone fast at amarillo dragway .
Had a great experience with them with mine and my dad's truck look forward to working with them in the future with my personal vehicle and with my race car top notch and honest group of guys to work with can build a great transmission to hold what ever you could think to throw at it.
Best transmissions shop in town, reliable, trustworthy, fast but not to fast!!! Awesome job, I won't be going anywhere else, I will definitely be recommending everyone here!!!

On our trip rom Arkansas to Las Vegas our van broke down. We needed a new transmission! People who live in Amarillo recommended ARENAS TRANSMISSIONS. We took our vehicle to them and they took care of the problem right away. Needles to say that we were happy and so was our company from Germany whom we were taking to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and other interesting places. This happened a year and our vehicle is still going strong. Thank you for a job well done.
Everyone here was so friendly the best transmission place in Amarillo can't brag enough on how they were sympathetic to my needs and how they were up front with me about my car didn't try to over charge me and they let me know exactly what they were doing to my car and the price before they even started working on it. They have my vote for Amarillo's best transmission shop
