Been a regular customer for years. No more. After 35 minute wait for food, was told it "would be longer because a large group put in a order right before mine." When I said it had already been over 30 minutes, the bar server spoke these magical customer service words: "you can't expect us to cater to just one person when we have a large group." I protested and the guy sitting next to me said, "(the server) is right, don't be a dick." Stay away if you are a party of one. And be careful who you sit next to if you DO go.
First time here and the staff was awesome and very informative. Jarrett treated us and showed us these desserts that looked yummy. Our server Cody Rocks! Give great recommendations from the fried green tomatoes to the entree bbq chicken half mac n cheese and the jalapeño Cole slaw Yummy! we will be regulars and as huge Ga Fans we will be there. Thank you!

Great menu, fantastic taste, good atmosphere & fabulous service-we had "Tae". I wish I lived closer I would be a regular. Just happened up on this place while away from home & really lucked up!
Your bartenders are functionality incompetent individuals.
We are a big party and I know they have hard time keeping up but 30 minutes for a beer and glass of wine is unacceptable. Same number of guests at Marlow's last night and service was great!
The 501st Legion made a reservation for 40 off-duty Stormtroopers after the Star Wars Night at Gladiators. Even with our schedule modifying due to the game time, the staff at Arena Tavern was fantastic. Tables were setup for us when we arrived, food was good and quick, and the wait staff flexed to figure it all out. Awesome job, and big thank you from the Georgia Garrison!
