I’m so grateful for Total Vision! I was traveling from Hawai‘i and realized I left my contacts at home. Gina helped me right away, she made the process super easy by verifying my prescription and setting me up with a two-week supply. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this office if you need great customer service and quick support.

Total Vision is the best in San Diego! If you are looking for a place to get your eyeglases please give them a try. You won't be disappointed! I used them many years ago and left to find a cheaper place and went to other places and found myself back here because of the customer service, time, quality of materials and the overall experience! You get what you pay for!! Karen is amazing! She is professional, kind, and very knowledgeable! The entire staff is also great!! Kudos to Total Vision!!!
Karen and Michelle went above and beyond for me! I was visiting San Diego and had a dream snorkel tour booked and forgot my contacts. They jumped through so many hoops for me and ensured I would have contacts, totally saved the day. They were so friendly and helpful and I cannot thank them enough for their help. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend this place. I was not even a patient and stopped by to get my glasses repaired. They ordered the special screws for me and fixed them, and even repaired my sunglasses. Ian is amazing. They now have a new patient!!!
