I had such a great experience thanks to Karen at the Sports Arena location. She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole interaction. It’s rare to meet someone who goes out of their way to make customers feel welcomed and taken care of, but Karen definitely does. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The Sports Arena location is lucky to have someone like her on the team!
Kent is amazing at helping select frames and adjusting complex prescriptions. Without him, this place is just average optical studio. Strongly recommend visi t ingredients regardless of from where you got your prescription. I've been coming for years, never had a bad experience with glasses or lens .. on a reasonably complex pair of glasses.

Amazing. I was traveling from out of town and the team went out of there way to help me. It's a clean beautiful store with staff that goes above & beyond
Great place. I was helped by Karen and was able to get my prescription lenses put in for my new pair of Ray Ban frames. So Happy. And I am going back because they have new Ray Bans that have hearing amplifiers at the reduced price of $700. Going to test them out!
