I had my basement waterproofed and a sump pump installed on 2/4/19. The crew was very efficient and polite. I contacted the office several times with questions. Carmen was very helpful and always got back to me with answers to my concerns and questions. I have already recommended Area Waterproofing to someone. Great job and I am looking forward to a dry basement after the winter thaw and spring rains this spring! Anita C.

Scheduled work very soon after we contacted them. We were leaving for Texas and they got the work done before we left so we did not have to worry. Work was professionally done and it looks that way. Reasonably priced also.

The installers did a very professional job. They kept us informed on everything they were doing and did great clean job , we would recommend them highly.

Work was completed on time and appears to be very well done at a very competitive price. However, when asked why one of the previously existing beams was not moved to a location as described on the contract I was told that the listing on the contract was only a note of work that might be done but not necessarily included in the quote. I was told that the beam could be moved for an additional $25.00. And, the exchange became somewhat heated on the part of the installer. So at that point, I just dropped the issue. I had water issues and bowed walls in the basement. Area Waterproofing came in fixed the walls, installed a drainage and sump pump system , I also had them put in a new concrete driveway. Everything was explained to me they answered any questions or concerns I had as the job went on. The work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. A very friendly and efficient crew, was a pleasure to work with.

I had them out a year ago to fix two walls in my basement. The work was completed fine but one of the workers was really rude. They did miss one hole in the floor. I was selling my house this year and had him out to remeasure the wall after an inspector measured the wall incorrectly. He told me the walls were ok and were out at the most an inch. He then called the buyer and told him he would need to put 15 posts up because the walls would only get worse but he would give him a good deal. Not sure why he told me one thing and... read more

Fast, Friendly, and Hard working. The crew was in and out fast, cleaned up the job site very nice, and were pleasant to work with.
