5 stars, checked other companies, I liked what they offered for the price. They put steel posts in to support basement wall. work was completed on time, and they consulted me to be sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Andrew gave honest and helpful info. without being pushy to sign contract<br /> <br /> <br />

I called and got a free estimate in a time frame that worked for me. Andrew came exactly at the time scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He even did a quick repair on the spot.!! Cannot say enough. I will definitely be booking my project. I would highly recommend this company. Reasonable pricing and friendly.<br /> <br /> <br />

I waited almost a year to write this review. Not sure what I was waiting for, maybe for a basement wall to come tumbling down. Some sign of short cuts. Didn’t happen. We are very happy. This was the most extensive, expensive and critical project we have ever had done on our home and I am so glad we found Area Waterproofing to do it. Love the hard-working crew. A great experience from the Salesperson giving me a quote to the end of the project. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and beyond. Everything was top-notch. Always answered my questions, caught mistakes made by other companies, and I have the best basement in all of Waushara County now, because of Area Waterproofing & Concrete, LLC. On 5/2/18 a salesman gave me a quote of $6850 to fix a brick facade and column. He told me that both moved because my cinder block moved inwards causing the bricks to move in an opposite manner. He tole me that he could fix it by: excavating the basement wall, straighten it back, reinforce wall with steel columns abd back plaster wall, seal with hydro rubber and cover it with 1 inch foam, new drain tile, backfill 80% clear stone 20% topsoil. Great Company and great people working for them. The crew was so very timely. They worked hard and fast. Came back to finish things up right when they said they would. Tidied up after they were done. They even moved some boxes of toys into another area so they wouldn't get dust on them. Thank you! I would highly recommend them. I'm very happy with the work. The service from the office was awesome as well. Couldn't have gone better.

The Office staff, Estimator & Builder ... were all professional, responsive, communicative (& respectful of Covid). I had to wait (in queue) for about a month to get my windows sealed, but they came as scheduled, got the job done, and from what I can tell, did a great job. Proof will be when we get the next big rain storm. I am confident all is well.
