This company was awesome, the guy even told me that he didn't think it would work in my very wet basement and I agreed but its been a month now and so far so good. Workers were very knowledgeable, curtious, they cleaned up everything after the job was done. They explained how everything worked. After 30 years with a wet basement I'm amazed. Would highly recommend Area Waterproofing. to everyone I know.

We had a leaking basement window during March rains and frozen ground. Mike/Josh came out and sealed window and improved drainage. Still some issues but Mike came back and installed window well and applied sealant to cinder blocks as part of original project cost.

The workers arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. They were polite and personable. Even with all the rain we've had since then, we have no leakage through the basement walls to date.

Our experience with this company was excellent from the beginning with Andrew, their sales person, and then the 6 gentlemen that came to do the job. We have never seen 6 guys work so fast, so hard, and so efficiently in the two days it took them to complete our basement tile installation. We tried to tip them because of how impressed we were with their work but they refused saying that they already get paid for doing their jobs. We would recommend this company to anyone. Had a crack in. 60 year old poured wall fixed with deck on back of house. Mark fixed crack, was very honest with me saying should really be fixed from outside. Due to deck would fix from inside. Told us that if leaks why it would and to let them know. It was been three weeks with heavy rains and no leak. Would definitely recommend.

We had 4 old basement windows replaced with new glass block windows with vents in them. Mark came over and installed them. He was very professional and did a great job. They look even better then I thought it was going to look. If we have any basement work we need to have done in the future we know exactly who will be callings. Would also like to say that the whole staff was very friendly and very helpful. Thanks for everything guys.
