Initially, I brought in my MacBookPro to get checked out because I was having issues with it. Long story short, I paid $230 to get the hard drive replaced- couple days later I got to bring it home. Few days after that it started acting back up again, brought it in to get checked out and was told it was a RAM issue- got that replaced & brought it back home same day. He claimed my laptop was "broken" and he couldn't fix it for 22 days. claimed it wouldn't turn on, but it did as soon as I left the shop. It just needed a new har drive. Finally took it to My Computwr Geek in Jeff and was fixed in a day. This place is terrible, I will never take anything there
Jesse was incredibly helpful and courteous. I've had my MacBook Air for about a month now and I couldn't be happier with it. Wonderful experience, I'll be a life time customer �
