This is the worst place I have had business with in a long long time. Not only did they not do what they said they would, they cause me to have to buy another computer.
Jesse is my new computer guy! Yesterday, I took my laptop to Best Buy to repair an apparent broken hinge, but they estimated $200 plus $35 shipping to send it offsite (to Louisville). No way. Instead, I took it to Jesse at Area PC Pro today. He had a moment to take a look while I was there. He took the back off to get a better look and determined that the screws came out.
