We hire ARE to do a boundary survey for our newly purchased property last year. They did extensive research on the old plats for our property (built in the 1950s), the work was finished relatively quickly, the communication was good as far as where they were in finding old plats as well as an estimation of when they would be on our property, and they clearly marked all corners and lines once finished with official survey markers. These guys are great! We needed a survey for our residential property that was built in 1930 to determine the true boundary lines. First time I've ever hired a surveyor. Everyone, including ARE, had long backlogs so this is a high demand service. Was able to contact Eric at ARE and he was wonderful to work with. He knows his stuff! Very satisfied. Highly recommend ARE.

First time ever having to deal with anything like this b4 Very happy with the service fairly prised kept there word on time had patience with me professional fast service both was great to deal knowledge with explaining how process works I highly recommend I'm picky and these guys satisfied my need and understood the stress I was going threw thank you both for your service

When i called they said it would be 4 weeks they were backed up ok no problem called them back at 5 weeks he said he didn't remember talking with me and it would be another 2 weeks ugh ok then I called back and he says the printer was down he didn't know who was on the schedule and promised to be out the next week and guess what it came and went no calls no emails nothing I will not recommend nor use this company on anything else again

We have been calling and calling since March, someone was supposed to call us back in 4 weeks to schedule an apt never did. Just get thevoicemail when trying to call. Bought a new house and can't complete a fence project until survery is done because my neighbor is complaining. Found an ARE survey stake in the ground hoping there was one done previously and is on file. But we will never know cause no one returns calls.
