This management company is totally ineffective. They seem unwilling or unable to enforce major covenant items such as proper placement of fences. However, they are quick to send out petty notices for dogs barking...presumably to give the appearance of functionality. The people that answer the phone (when they actually answer the phone) offer poor customer service and have a "don't care" attitude. Their Maintence is horrible I have nothing good to say this unit has been like this for over 2 wks As of today They give you the run around . Never fixes anything completely . Always have to refix. Repairs are very time consuming never in a timely manner id give a 0 if i could Like a nitemare
