After a horrible experience with Lowe’s purchasing a range and dishwasher, my husband and I demanded our refund and headed over to Ard’s. This was after a two week ordeal with Lowe’s on a Thursday. Have used Ard’s for all our appliance needs since we got married!! Great customer service and great prices!! Would recommend and do!!
So kindly accepted my washing machine as a drop off for repairs... but failed to tell me it would sit there for days on end before anybody would even look at it.
We would like to say thank you to Ard's Appliances. Our refrigerator died on 9/25 and on 9/26 we went to their store on Westmark to see what we could find. Within 4 hours we had purchased one, they had delivered it, and they had set it up and hauled away our old one. The customer service was great and the person (Bill) who delivered and set up was very professional. We are very pleased with this experience. Thank you Ard's! You saved the day for us!
Lost a couple appliences due to lightning. Ards delivered and installed new refrigerator the same day because they knew mine didn't work. They arrived the next day and installed dishwasher. I compared prices to the big chain stores and Ards pricing was on par. I will definitely purchase future appliences from Ards. Thanks for looking out for me and my family.
