A little over a month ago I purchased my new car with Ardmore Toyota and I absolutely love it! A huge shout out to Cliff and Steve for the help during the car buying process. They both were super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and customer focused. Steve was so patient with me and made me feel comfortable with the car I was picking. Cliff provided such great support by putting in the time to research the right car for me. I will be recommending Ardmore Toyota to anyone who is shopping for their perfect fit vehicle.
I wish that I could give them a better rating but they lied to me. I was prepared to pay cash for the car. But rather than trying to juggle my money between accounts on a Saturday they told me that if I finance that I wouldn't get charged interest if I payed the balance off in full when the first bill came. Well the first bill came with a balance payoff adding $250.00 interest which they told me I wouldn't have. Top level service; appreciate all they do including Matt, Don, Jay, and crew at Ardmore Toyota. Been a customer since they opened.
I took my Tacoma there and it was great service and now my sequoia. Unfortunately on my last visit the technician working on multipoint inspection and tire rotation did not engage the lug nuts socket properly and broke 2 lug nuts and dented a few others so bad that now a 22mm socket won’t work anymore on the lug nuts. During my visit and multi point inspection results they offered to remove and replace one lug nut and quoted me over $100 to replace what they broke.
