Owner said he could refinish my engineered floors but when worker showed up he said no way. Owner came back and tried to propose other flooring options but has refused to give me my deposit. Stay away!
Horrible. This guy is a thief. He comes 2 hrs late to give an estimate then walked around looking at everything and talking about his knife business. The estimate was high but I decided to go with his company. He told me molding was included but then added over $800 to add it. I called him with questions and he never called back. There were additional costs I was not aware of and he would not finish the job until I paid.
